Expanding! We are looking for 2-3 Local FULL TIME drivers that will pick up milk from local dairy's and plants, primarily located with-in Tuscarawas and the surrounding counties. The day will consist of operating within a 200 mile radius of Sugarcreek OH, enabling a driver to be home EVERY NIGHT! Gordon Milk Transport drivers run a flexible schedule rotation; 6 on, 2 off. Qualifications


What qualifications are we looking for?
  • High School degree or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience strongly preferred
  • 2 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Strong listening and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance the customer relationship
  • Commitment to building relationships through phone engagements
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues

Scope of Job Tasks:

May assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and transferring. Provides residents with tub baths and obtains weight for nurse. Properly lifts residents according to needs determination, using proper assistance (i.e. 2 PAs, Sit/Stand Lift, Full Body Lift)
  • Makes resident beds, changes linens, and organizes rooms to maintain a safe environment. Washes, dries, and replaces resident personal laundry and facility linen.
  • Answers call lights in a timely manner.
  • Assists new residents in transition to facility – labeling and putting away belongings, advising of meal and activities schedules, etc.
  • Maintains clean work rooms, records resident data on various logs, and properly stores equipment.
  • Attends required in-service training and meetings.
  • Other tasks as assigned within scope of practice.
  • Maintains Standard Precautions at all time to ensure proper infection control.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS


Requirements:

Must have basic communication skills and a willingness to learn and be taught by others. Must be able to read, write, and follow oral instructions.

Work Experience:

Previous health care-related experience preferable, but not essential. On-the-job training available. Will work under close supervision, but must be self-directed and motivated.

Physical Demands:

Good physical and mental health. Must be able to endure constant standing and walking throughout shift. Must be able to turn, stoop, bend, stretch, and lift to complete aforementioned job tasks. Must have good finger and hand dexterity to handle delicate equipment. Must have good visual and hearing acuity to detect changes in residents’ conditions and needs.

Status:
